These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MBI444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services accessible at mbi444.cam (the "Site"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the mbi444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on mbi444, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, virtual games, lottery-style games, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by mbi444.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated or summarised versions and this English-language document, this English text shall prevail.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the mbi444 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under mbi444's regulatory obligations and fraud-prevention procedures.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or sports market available on the mbi444 platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a Player-initiated transfer of real-money funds from their mbi444 Account to a nominated payment method.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the payment channels currently accepted by mbi444, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20, as updated from time to time.
• "Platform" means all software, services, content, and functionality accessible via mbi444.cam.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond mbi444's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failure.

To register and maintain an active Account on mbi444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. MBI444 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gambling activities.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the mbi444 platform or any affiliated platform.
4. You have not self-excluded from gambling services and are not currently enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion programme.
5. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of mbi444 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Any false representation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the mbi444 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify mbi444 promptly of any changes via [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. MBI444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where a Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

MBI444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

MBI444 is committed to operating in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") standards. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds and/or when requested by the platform at any time.

KYC documentation typically required includes, but is not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of registered address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account displaying your name).
• Source of funds documentation, where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where mbi444 has reasonable cause to request such information.

MBI444 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing — but not gameplay — pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts where KYC documentation has been requested but not provided within thirty (30) days may be subject to closure, with any remaining balance handled in accordance with AML obligations.

MBI444 accepts deposits via the Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 2 of these Terms. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the mbi444 platform:

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding — where the source account is registered to a person other than the mbi444 Account holder — is strictly prohibited.
• MBI444 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own service charges, for which mbi444 accepts no liability.
• Deposit processing times vary by method: Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow QR deposits are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes; USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon one confirmed block confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• MBI444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where fraud is suspected, pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate transaction) should be reported to [email protected] immediately. MBI444 will investigate in good faith but cannot guarantee reversal in all cases.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Balance (excluding locked Bonus Credit) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be complete and satisfactory prior to the processing of withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply by Account tier and payment method and are displayed in the Account settings panel.
• Withdrawal processing times are: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) — typically within 3 minutes during staffed hours; FPX bank transfer — typically 5–10 minutes; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if mbi444's risk management systems identify unusual activity. In such cases, mbi444 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.
• MBI444 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are deducted at standard blockchain rates.

MBI444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to thirty (30) business days in cases where AML or fraud investigation is ongoing. The Player will be informed of any such hold via their registered email address.

MBI444 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral credits, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Credits and are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Credits will expire if the specified wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• MBI444 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings where promotional abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Cashback promotions are calculated on net losses and credited as withdrawable cash (not Bonus Credit) unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• VIP programme rewards — including cashback percentages, monthly bonuses, and account manager access — are granted at mbi444's discretion based on monthly wagering activity and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.
• MBI444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

All wagers placed on the mbi444 platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules displayed within individual games or betting markets:

• Wagers are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended after placement, unless a specific game or market type permits pre-event cash-out.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, mbi444 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
• Sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other covered competitions) are governed by the specific rules displayed on each market's individual page. In cases of ambiguity, mbi444's decision as to the application of betting rules is final.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by live dealers and/or certified Random Number Generators ("RNG"). All RNG systems used on mbi444 are independently certified for fairness by third-party testing bodies.
• MBI444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual wager or market at its discretion and without notice.
• Disconnection during an active wager does not automatically void that wager. The outcome will be determined by the game logic, and funds will be settled accordingly upon reconnection.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mbi444 platform and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including through coordinated betting to exploit promotions or game mechanics.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards mbi444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

MBI444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe.
• Circumstances arising from legal or regulatory obligations placed on mbi444.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, mbi444 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Credits and associated winnings. Real-money Balance net of bonus obligations will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to AML clearance.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in the normal course.

MBI444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. All real-money gambling features on the platform are strictly restricted to Players aged 21 years and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Decreases apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of activation.
• Reality Check: View a real-time summary of your session activity, including net win/loss figures, at any point during your session.

No content from the mbi444 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of MBI444. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property on this platform constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

The mbi444 brand name, logo, and domain (mbi444.cam) are proprietary identifiers and may not be used in any manner — including in search engine advertising, social media, or affiliate marketing — without an express written licence from MBI444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MBI444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruption of service arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, Force Majeure events, or third-party service failures (including payment gateway downtime).
• Technical malfunctions in game software where mbi444 has promptly voided the affected wager and returned the staked amount.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the platform that has become outdated prior to a given event or wager.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mbi444's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MBI444's collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an Account on mbi444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. You may withdraw consent and request erasure of your personal data at any time, subject to our obligations under applicable law to retain certain records.

MBI444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or Player obligations — mbi444 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via email.

Your continued use of the mbi444 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

MBI444 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically. The version published at mbi444.cam/terms-conditions at the time of any dispute shall be the version that applies to that dispute.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to MBI444's licensing jurisdiction and applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and MBI444, the Player is encouraged to first submit a complaint in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. MBI444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the procedures of an internationally recognised arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
